How it's made
We draw the artwork, fit it to this product, and it is printed only once you order. Nothing is mass-produced and left on a shelf.
Delivery & returns
Does the frame come with a photo?
It comes with our printed artwork. We'll say clearly here if and when you can send your own photo.
When will my order ship?
Each piece is printed after you order it, so it takes a little longer than something from a shelf. We email you tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I return or exchange it?
Because everything is made for you, returns work a little differently. The returns & refunds page explains what we can do, including for damaged or misprinted pieces.
